The home features a game room with a pool table, 85” TV theater room, washer & dryer, a gym that includes a Peleton and Bowflex, and sports equipment. There are 2 outdoor retreat areas, one off the master bedroom where you can enjoy coffee and views of the lush park and downtown. The main backyard backs to a great park (directly accessible from the backyard gate) with basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts as well as a play area for the kids! The backyard deck has a high-end, Jenn-Air BBQ grill with sear burner, 8-person dining table, hammock, cornhole, yard games, a 6-person fire pit and brand new Master Spa hot tub for 8.

Several days prior to check-in, we will send you a link which contains a home manual. In this manual, you will find all the necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I will include suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am. Parties will be shut down. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Once reservations are past the cancellation period, even if it’s weather related, refunds will not be honored. Please consider buying travel insurance. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
